For the best image quality, we use the latest high-tech digital x-ray equipment. Digital x-rays are superior to traditional film x-rays because they provide larger, clearer, color-enhanced images that result in a more accurate diagnosis. In addition, the size and shape of the x-ray system allows for faster and easier positioning that can lead to less stress for injured or ill patients. You are also exposed to much less radiation (up to 90% less) than traditional x-rays.
If you are a serious recreational or competitive runner, our running and gait analysis can help improve your stride and prevent injury. The analysis includes a biomechanical evaluation conducted by a licensed physical therapist.Using real time and slow motion videotape analysis, the therapist can detect musculoskeletal asymmetries and imbalances in your running or walking form. If necessary, the therapist will develop a comprehensive rehabilitation program to address your deficits in both flexibility and strength and to improve your form. Along with the analysis, you will receive recommendations on proper shoe wear and over-the-counter or custom shoe orthotics, if needed.

Orthotics are customized shoe inserts that can balance many foot deformities and correct misalignments. Crafted to the unique shape of your foot, orthotics can reduce foot pain and make walking more comfortable. More often than not, they can also help you avoid surgery.
